i'll miss all of you. really. Sunday, August 8, 2010 11:59 PM
Hi 2C :) It's been pretty long since I did an actual update.

I dunno, I was just looking through pictures we have taken since Year 1 and my, haven't we gone through a lot?

IDK, from the start of Y1 we had Issac. I must say we bonded quite a bit trying to get him away and all that. So we must really thank him for who we are today, actually. How we were @$%$ against him, and made sure he did nothing to disturb us.

The many times we cheered together like crazy lunatics - and even achieved the Friendship award during the YOG carnival :) We sure deserved it. Although we're definitely not a sporty class or anything, it doesn't matter because all of us have our own strengths :)

During morning assemblies, I do not hesitate to cheer for our classmates and feel embarrassed. Because I know there are many of you out there who will cheer together with me and save me the embarrassment :D Of course, that's because many of our classmates have outstanding achievements :) Whenever I hear 2C, I'm not surprised. Really.

I remember how much I hated all of you the start of Y1. I refused to listen to our PSLs - Xiuyun & Isa. They kept on telling us that we will miss all of you. It's a short 2 years that we must learn to appreciate. However I continued missing my primary school class. I really regret how I felt in the past. Because in the blink of an eye, we're left with a few months with each other. Really, really, how time flies.

Just think about it, in a few months time we're never going to be seen in the same class anymore. We're not going to have all of us seated in the same class. We're not going to be complaining and screaming at each other anymore. It kinda sucks to just think about it. Although we may still be in the same school, I know we'll never share the same bond anymore. We may get pissed at one another sometimes, but the grudge never stays.

I often relate class experiences to my CCA friends. And usually responses I get is "Why your class so fun one?" Then haiz I would share more and more fun things. It's really enjoyable sharing and laughing together about funny things that have already happened. But a pity I forget all about them when I get home. How can I relive those experiences again? :(

SYF is a experience with you all that I will never forget. Remember the initial practices with only 2D and 2K. We shouted and did the routines to the best of our ability. We wanted to own them all. Do you all remember? :D The actual day, playing around, having class activities while waiting at our holding area. Playing around while waiting for our bus to come as we were the last class to leave. We are amazing.

Of course, I will never forget the orientation we spent together at the old Malan campus. Back then, I was thinking everyone in 2C was so nice. To the extent that I couldn't take it. But of course, that thinking never last long... hahaha. Remember the campfire we spent together? It was something the current Y1s and the later batch will never have. And the activities we played together, the PSSes we went through.

Also, remember Total Defence Day last year? We had to eat some porridge that we had to pay 70cents for. Then we were all seated together during recess eating porridge :D Our PSLs came down and asked us why we were sitting together. Don't know, it's just instinctively, we ended up sitting together enjoying the same food :D

I regret wanting to pon PSS everyday last year. After I became a PSL did I realise how important PSSs were. It encourages class bonding and inject values at the same time. I really want those PSSs now. I will make sure I take part in all the activities that we're told to do so. :( If only I knew earlier, because if we were told to gather in a circle and play a silly game now, will we do so? We really need the help of facilitators who would help us.

I remember leading the Y1s during Orientation '10 this year. I almost died from all the screaming because the Y1s refused to cheer along with me :( Then, you all came over and helped me. Tsiyuan started to lead cheers and all of you followed, including the guys who came over. About 10+ of you cheered really loudly and then the whole canteen turned over to look at the commotion. I was really touched because afterwards, my class started cheering louder and louder. Thinking about this makes me really touched. Really love all of you very much.

Not forgetting the times when we had to do stuff together. The recycling project which we won and the paper mache. Last year there were CNY hampers and all that. We did everything together :) And the paper lantern during the Mid-Autumn Festival '09! Actually we have won quite a number of awards. Yeah :)

ALSO, remember the yusheng we had during CNY? We're probably the only Year 2 class (unsure) that thought of that idea and CARRIED IT OUT! During recess, took pictures all that. Prisca, do upload them at the end of the year to recall memories okay :) I regret not blogging about it, because now I don't even remember a single memory about it, only remember rushing all around the place....

And hahaha, our amazing class tee colour. Yes, other classes all have them in black and white, our paper mache animal colours :D But we have an amazing class tee in hot pink. And what makes it better is that many of you were willing to cooperate and wear it during national day. Although we got told off for doing so, it can't be helped that we have already worn it :) And that will always remain a fond memory of mine.

We may play pranks and hurl insults at one another. But I know those are one of the things that I'm going to miss after we part. A foreign environment once again, and those past memories will never play again. We're only going to be able to miss them after they're gone. Because all of us, including me, fail to cherish things while they're around.

Although we may split at the end of the year, all of you will always remain a part of me.
